One to One Coaching
Confidential coaching is one of the best ways to get clear on what you want and what you think is in the way of getting there. It can be done in person or over the phone. The important thing is that you get some one to one time to work on your goals and your blocks. Once the blocks are released, we can develop some strategies so that you will experience the success you are looking for.
Besides EFT, some of the strategies I use to move people into their goals are mental and emotional fitness. Many of us have heard of physical fitness before. Mental and emotional fitness are quite similar. In physical fitness you have both the ability to respond to physically strenuous tasks and you have the ability to feel comfortable doing light exercise or no exercise at all. Your body is able to accomodate whatever you ask of it because it is fit. You sleep better. You have good energy, You recover well from illness and injury.
With mental fitness, you think positively even in situations that do not provide a lot of opportunity to be positive. With this ability, you can easily convert negative situations back to positive ones. Likewise with emotional fitness. With emotional fitness, you know that you are allowed to experience the full range of emotions. By letting yourself experience all emotions, even sad ones, you honor yourself, you release the negative feeling and then you make room for your natural positive energy to return. Maintaining a positive thinking and feeling state is very important in manifesting a positive future.

- By developing mental fitness, you hone the ability to harness the unlimited powers of your mind. Using time proven methods to retrain your energy and thought patterns, you will move easily and steadily toward what you truly want. Mental fitness aligns you with your goal so that your energies are directed towards its achievement.
- By developing emotional fitness you dissolve the inner blocks to success like fear and self doubt. Emotional Fitness empowers you to let go of self defeating habits like: procrastination, fatigue, blame, and other forms of self sabotage.
Our greatest deterrent to success is ourselves. Emotional fitness gets fear out of the way.
Life Transition Work
Throughout the various stages of our lives we are confronted with things that can be difficult to handle without some help. Transitions come in all sorts:
- job loss
- relationship struggles
- separation/divorce
- new baby
- marriage
- career change
- medical diagnosis
- death of a loved one
Transitions are painful and require support. There is always an easier way to deal with the struggles that arise from challenging life circumstances. By processing and releasing negative emotions, you can move through life transitions and continue to grow.
Emotional Release Weight Loss
This class focuses on the underlying causes of emotional eating. Weight gain is about all the emotions. We are trying to either avoid emotions or pump up our emotional state. So we eat and it works - if only momentarily. But we keep doing it because inthe short term we can rely on it to work. Unfortunately, there are long term problems. Even though we feel angry and guilty with ourselves afterwards, we overeat because we can't tolerate certain emotions like loneliness or negative memories or we just want an "upper." We know that we are not hungry but we are eating as a means of coping. Often we don't even know what we are coping with. Then our behaviors confuse us even more.
There is a way out though. With emotional release weight loss you return to a balanced, harmonious relationship with food and your body. Here's how. We do it by following these four guidelines.
- Unconditional permission
- Mindful eating
- Mindful movement
- EFT to release cravings and stress
We target issues related to body image and patterns of overeating. This is a comprehensive approach to weight loss, not a band aid solution.
As an adjunct to the class, I offer a one to one free session because there will be deeper issues that surface throughout the course. Individual sessions give you a chance to delve deeper and explore underlying belief systems that are keeping the weight on.
ERWL II and III are available every second and third month. They are continuations of the original course and allow you to pursue a healthy relationship with food and your body by focusing on the areas most relevant to your life.

Month Long Mentorship
The monthly mentorship program is designed provide intensive support over a short period of time.
For example, if you want to tackle emotional eating you would have daily access to me by phone to help you through the trouble spot in your day, every day for a month. Plus I provide 4, one hour sessions in that month to dissolve core issues around emotional eating.
Also, it takes 30 days to make a new behavior a habit. The month long mentorship guides you through the times when you want to dump the habit before it's solidified in your life. This is especially helpful for people who want to bring in a new practise such as meditation, exercise, or any other form of self care.
Other people who have benefitted from the mentorship include those who are going through a separation/divorce, those retiring from the workforce or anyone else going through a major life transition.
Again, it's designed to provide the support when you need it most. Touching base by phone and working on whatever feelings are there gives you the opportunity to address issues when they are most active. This is especially important when you feel vulnerable and drift toward our trusty, but not very helpful coping mechanism, food.

Plan to Succeed
This is a 4 week course is designed to help you reprogram your mind. Using time honored techniques, you'll get your conscious and unconscious mind working for you. You'll learn about the quantum energy field and discover how to tap into it to get the returns you want. In this course you'll create a vision board and an audio recording that focus specifically on your goals.
EFT Drop In
EFT Drop In is offered on Mondays once a month. For $20 you can experience EFT first hand and apply it to something in your life. EFT Drop In is informal and open to newcomers and seasoned EFT'ers alike. It is a great way to learn about EFT without feeling any pressure to participate or share private information, but you still get all the benefits of EFT.
You will notice a refreshing change in how you feel about certain issues or problems. You also take advantage of "Borrowing Benefits" which happens any time you tap along with one or more people on issue. Even though the issue may not apply to you, tapping along with them provides relief on issues in your own life.
