What I offer is more than just coaching. It's support, intuitive guidance, emotional healing, strength building and energy therapy. Accommodating change whether it’s voluntary or involuntary is a life skill that needs to be developed. Have you ever noticed that people who say they want something different still tend to do the same things that bring about the same results? The fact is, change is scary. And we have built in, subconscious defense systems that prevent change in our lives. It is no wonder that we resist it even when it is something we say we want.
But life is change. You are not the person you were yesterday. But your thinking can lock you in and keep you from getting what you want. But you can be in the driver’s seat to manifest the sort of changes we truly want.
This requires mental and emotional fitness. Physical fitness is familiar to us all, but mental and especially emotional fitness are entirely new terms. Just like your muscles, we must keep our thoughts and emotions aligned with health and vitality. Prolonged negativity, just like prolonged inactivity will cause your emotional well being to atrophy. The emotions are the hallmark of health because all emotions manifest physically.
While negative emotions are not bad, we need emotional fitness so that we know how to express them in healthy, productive ways that do not harm ourselves or others.
